Merseyside Police detectives are appealing for information to identify a man who they believe can help with enquiries in relation to the murder of Sam Cook in Liverpool City Centre on Saturday, 22 October.
Detectives are issuing a CCTV image of the man, taken within the Empire Bar on Saturday night. The man is described as possibly having a black eye.
