The company specialise in many services including payroll solutions, commercial utility and insurance negotiation, finance and assessment management, pensions, retirement and inheritance advice.

Their current office is in the Cotton Exchange on Bixteth Street but the move to the 4,500 sq feet building will give the company the chance to grow and expand.

Liza Marco, Asset Manager at Liverpool Waters, said: “I am very happy to welcome Elite Synergy to Liverpool Waters.

“This year has confirmed Liverpool Waters as the destination of choice for businesses looking for Grade A office space in Liverpool.

“Not only do we offer a tranquil setting in a city centre location, we also have plenty of on-site amenities including generous car parking allocations to cater for staff and visitors.

“There is so much more to come too with three new residential buildings and the new cruise terminal planned for Princes Dock, the Central Docks neighbourhood and the possibility of a state of the art football stadium at Bramley Moore Dock all making significant progress.”
