Global workspace providers Regus are continuing to expand and plan to open their third centre in Liverpool.
The centre will be based on Mann Island as part of the Mann Island waterfront development, overlooking Albert Dock and is set to create over 150 new jobs.
Once open, the new centre will provide both businesses and professionals a wide range of working options from co-working space, meeting rooms to over 60 offices varying in sizes.
Richard Morris, Regus’s UK CEO said: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world.
“The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.
“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
Regus currently has two business centres in Liverpool, located in Horton House in Exchange Flags and on Derby Square.
