The Vermont Group have relocated their head office to Liverpool as they continue their growth.
The construction and development company are moving to No.1 Sefton Street at the Quarter, counting for their offices in Media City, Manchester will provide state of the art accommodation for their 50-strong staff.
The relocation will help the group continue their ambitious plans of further expanding across the UK in 2018 and develop plans currently in the works across the north west.
Vermont are currently on site, completing work on the award-winning The Quarter development in Liverpool, which is due to be completed by December 2018.
Since the company’s inception in 2004, they’ve provided a wide variety of development and contracting services to clients, from residential to leisure sectors.
Mark Connor, Vermont’s founder, said: “This is an exciting time for the business as we plan for the future and the new head office will be instrumental to our continued success and growth.
“The Vermont Group of companies has been growing rapidly for a number of years and our new premises will ensure all operations can be managed effectively under one roof by the Executive team.
“We will continue to focus on the residential and student sectors, albeit this market is evolving with the growth of PRS and now institutional funding finding its way into the Liverpool and Manchester markets.”
The group have also set up a trust fund to give back to local communities with the Vermont Investment Trust, providing seed capital and investment to local start-up businesses.
