Liverpool will set a new Premier League record against Middlesbrough.
Sunday’s final match of the season against Boro has been confirmed as a TV fixture as the Reds prepare to secure a Champions League qualification place.
The game with the Teessiders on Sky Sports will be a 29th time that Jurgen Klopp’s side have been shown live this term, more than any other club.
Anfield’s curtain call will therefore take the record for the most times that any team has appeared in broadcast matches in an individual campaign.
Only nine of Liverpool’s Premier League games have avoided TV coverage, while just two of their 19 Anfield games remained in their traditional 3pm kick-off slot.
Hull City and Sunderland remained in their traditional Saturday position while corresponding trips to Hull, Southampton and Stoke City were also unchanged.
A 2-2 draw with Sunderland over the Christmas break on January 2 was also a 3pm KO despite the game at the Stadium of Light falling on a Monday.
