New creative hub opens in Liverpool

A creative workspace pioneer has opened the doors to its first Liverpool work hub.

Spaces Liverpool is set across the second and third floors of The Tea Factory, the iconic building at the heart of the city’s thriving Ropewalks district.

The centre is designed to provide local professionals with a bright, contemporary workspace built around the concept of community and shared ideas.

Designed to meet the varied workplace requirements of today’s entrepreneurial businesses, the Tea Factory site offers a range of workspace on flexible terms.

More than 100 seats are available in a stylish open-plan co-working area and there are also offices and meeting rooms available to hire.

Founded in Amsterdam in 2006, Spaces already has locations in London, Glasgow and Gerrards Cross in the UK and is due to open in several locations across the country in the coming months.

Internationally, the company has a presence in the Netherlands, USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Mexico.

Richard Morris, Spaces’ UK CEO, said: “Spaces is a creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial ethos.

“Our workspaces offer an inspiring environment designed to integrate lifestyle into work, and members are encouraged to build their networks and connect.

“The world class city of Liverpool has so much to offer for professionals and creative entrepreneurs and Ropewalks, with its eclectic blend of art, music and culture is an area which is bursting with creativity and this makes is the perfect fit for Spaces.”
