Milos Kerkez has vowed to ‘give absolutely everything’ to help Liverpool achieve more success.
Kerkez became the Premier League champions’ third summer signing after he completed a £40 million switch to Anfield from Bournemouth on Thursday.
The Hungary left-back will join international teammate Dominik Szoboszlai and was a recently shortlisted for the PFA’s Young Player of the Year award.
And Kerkez, who follows Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong in joining the Reds, could not hide his delight at joining a club he sees as a footballing superpower.
He said: “I’m really happy.
“It’s a real honour for me, a privilege to come to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world, [the] biggest club in England.
“After this, I’ll go home and in my hometown enjoy a few days, and then I can’t really wait to come back and put the training kit on and start to train and prepare for the season.
“I’m going to give everything – absolutely everything – to win trophies with the club and to hopefully score some goals at Anfield.
“I can’t wait to hear the roar.”
