Two of Everton’s early pre-season fixtures have been confirmed.
David Moyes will oversee preparations in the blue half of Merseyside for a first time since summer 2012 and is set to ease his charges in with two North West friendlies.
A trip to Accrington Stanley on Tuesday, July 15 at 7.45pm will kick off the Blues’ warm-up period before facing Blackburn Rovers on on Saturday, July 19 at 3pm.
Ticket details for both games will be released in due course by the club.
The regional double header preface Moyes’ side heading out to the United States to take hart in the Premier League’s Summer Series against three domestic peers.
Everton face Bournemouth at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on Saturday, July 26 before taking on West Ham at Soldier Field in Chicago on Wednesday, July 30.
Their stateside tour concludes in Atalanta against Manchester United at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, August 3, a fortnight before new season starts.
One final pre-season fixture is set to take place following the club’s return from the US with details currently yet to be confirmed.
