Everton are continuing to explore a permanent deal for Charly Alcaraz.
Alcaraz rounded off a rousing end to the campaign for David Moyes’ side by scoring the winner during Sunday’s Premier League finale at Newcastle.
The Argentine has been a popular figure since joining from Flamengo on a loan deal with a mandatory purchase option if appearance targets were met.
Meanwhile the Blues have confirmed fellow loanees Jack Harrison, Jesper Lindstrom, Orel Mangala and Armando Broja will return to their parent clubs.
Harrison spent two seasons at Goodison Park from Leeds United, making 73 appearances and scoring five goals across his combined spells with the club.
Lindstrom featured 29 times after arriving from Serie A giants Napoli while Mangala joined on deadline day from Lyon before injury curtailed his time.
Broja also arrived in the final hours of last summer’s window but was similarly beset by injury problems which restricted him to just 11 outings in a blue shirt.
“We would like to thank all our loan players, who have contributed to the positive steps we made on the pitch,” said Moyes.
“They all embraced what it means to play for this club, and their attitude and commitment throughout their time at Everton was first class.
“We wish Jack, Jesper, Orel and Armando all the very best for the future.”
