Tim Howard handed Everton FC return as part of Goodison Park farewell

Everton will recall Tim Howard to their starting line-up tomorrow as part of his Goodison Park farewell.

The American goalkeeper is set to leave the Blues this summer in favour of a return to his homeland with the Colarado Rapids.

Earlier this season Howard was displaced as Everton’s first-choice stopper, with Roberto Martinez selecting understudy Joel Robles.

But the 37-year-old will be afforded one final hurrah in the club’s remaining two home games, beginning with tomorrow’s visit of Bournemouth.

Howard, who joined Everton from Manchester United in 2006, has not made a first-team outing since the defeat to Swansea City in January.
