City chefs launch Liverpool Food and Drink Festival taxi

Chefs taking part in the forthcoming Liverpool Food and Drink Festival have launched the official festival taxi.
Representatives from a number of the city’s most popular and up-and-coming restaurants will be appearing at the event and were on hand for the launch.
They included Graeme Scotland of Tavern Co, Harley Hale from Chicha – Peruvian Street Kitchen, Andy Evans of Almost Famous and The Chancery Restaurant Bar and Deli’s Phil Lee.
The taxi features celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo, who will be headlining next month’s event, and Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain.
Liverpool is one of only a few large-scale food festivals in the UK to promote its own city’s bars and restaurants and over 70 will be taking part, when it returns to Sefton Park on September 17 and 18.
