Dust off the dirndls and tighten the lederhosen – Oktoberfest is back, and Albert’s Schloss is set to host the UK’s biggest bier-fuelled celebration outside of Munich.
Kicking off from Saturday, September 20 to coincide with the original festivities in Munich, and what’s even better, the party continues for three full weeks through to Sunday, October 12.
The Bier Palace will be offering three weeks of unique Bavarian brews, delicious new dishes, and non-stop live entertainment that will have you dancing on the tables all night long. What’s more? Albert’s Schloss Oktoberfest is open to all, no tickets required.
Following a record-breaking turnout in 2024, which saw over 1600 litres of bier poured and plenty of guests don traditional Alpine attire, Albert’s Schloss is raising the bar in 2025.
Throughout the festival, guests can expect a high-energy schedule of entertainment including traditional keg tapping ceremonies, Oompah and brass bands, wiener-eating competitions, pretzel tossing, hat tossing and bier guzzling challenges – as well as live best-dressed lederhosen and dirndl competitions.
Expect surprises and prizes throughout the celebrations, with Oktoberfest-themed showtime taking over their seven days schedule.
From the wild and wonderful Kunst Kabaret to the high-energy, all-singing Baby Grand Slam and the unmissable Disko Wunderbar, every day brings a different flavour of Schloss-style revelry.
Albert’s Schloss is proud to once again be the only Oktoberfest party in Liverpool to serve all six of the official Oktoberfest biers from Munich’s legendary Big Six breweries – Spaten, Paulaner, Lowenbrau, Hacker-Pschorr, Hofbräu and Augustiner, all available ’til the taps run dry.
If beer isn’t for you, Schloss will also be serving authentic Alpine cocktails, including an Oktoberfest Spritz, A Blood Orange and Ginger Spritz or a Munchen Long Island, all mixed with Monkey 47.
The Cook Haus will be fuelling the festivities with a selection of hearty Oktoberfest food specials running from 20 September to 12 October. This year’s Bavarian-inspired menu includes Oktoberfest Paprika Roasted Half Chicken, the towering traditional Schweinshaxe (Bavarian pork knuckle) and a selection of Wurst and Currywurst. Sweet indulgence comes in the form of the München Mess and Klassic Apple Strudel.
James Plant, head of innovation at Albert’s Schloss said: “We are so happy to be extending Oktoberfest to three full weeks this year.
“Every year the energy and enthusiasm from our guests grows, and 2024 completely exceeded expectations.
“This year we are going even bigger – with more bier, more showtime and more Bavarian feasting. We cannot wait to welcome everyone back through the doors.”
With thousands of guests expected and seats filling fast, now is the time to book for the ultimate Oktoberfest celebration at Albert’s Schloss Liverpool.
From midday until late, seven days a week, the Bier Palace will be alive with song, steins and spectacular showtime.
