Revolution bars across Liverpool are turning up the volume this spring with the unveiling of their brand new cocktail menu, featuring creative premium serves alongside non-alcoholic options, a new G&T menu and an extended range of spirits. Pop by for an after-work tipple or party with friends and let Revolution’s new drinks ramp up the rhythm.
The new drinks list is a tribute to Revolution’s party atmosphere and playlist – Classic Hits, House Beats, Retro Remixes, Tropical Vibes and Sour & Soda Pop – with each creation playing homage to its genre and served in vintage glassware.
‘Classics’ include the steeped-in-history Dark ‘N Stormy featuring Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and ginger beer whilst brain-freeze blends in the ‘House Beats’ section come in the form of a Frothy Biscoffi – a cookie in a cocktail, featuring a blend of Ketel One vodka and Salted Caramel Popcorn Handcrafted Flavour with soy milk, black forest syrup and Biscoff biscuits; and the Sour Berry Ice Blast – a berry-flavoured slushy made with Black Cherry Sour and
Lemon & Lime Handcrafted Flavours, blue curacao, raspberry juice and apple.
New funky ‘Tropical Vibes’ to chill out to feature the Ice Dream – a blend of Mango & Pineapple and Melted Ice Cream Handcrafted Flavours with passion fruit and pineapple juice, topped with an exotic vanilla ice lolly.
Finally, new additions from the ‘Sour & Soda Pop’ selection include the Ketel One-fuelled Sunrise Sour, featuring a mix of lemon, blood orange and pineapple flavours, and the elegant Butterfly Effect with SKYY Raspberry vodka, blue curacao, violet syrup and cranberry, lime and lemonade.
New zero and low alcohol offerings that don’t compromise on taste or style include the Lemon Freezecake – a dessert in a glass made from a frozen blend of apple juice, lemon, lime and a Biscoff biscuit; and the hangover-free Designated Driver with pineapple juice and coconut shaken with lime, blueberry jam and Red Bull Tropical Edition.
Gin lovers rejoice! Revolution bars have introduced a new perfectly balanced G&T menu featuring botanical serves, all using premium brands such as Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger, Malfy Con Limone, Brockman’s and the non-alcoholic Seedlip; with Fever-Tree naturally light tonic water, fresh fruit and herbs.
