New Liverpool routes mark EasyJet milestone

EasyJet have confirmed two new routes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The popular airline is rolling out flights to Seville and Naples to coincide with the arrival of its ninth aircraft based at the Speke terminal, the 186-seat Airbus A320.

The new routes provide holidaymakers with even more opportunities to explore some of Europe’s most sought-after destinations from the fast-growing airport.

From the historic streets, world-famous tapas and year-round sunshine of Seville, to the stunning coastline, renowned cuisine and gateway to the Amalfi Coast offered by Naples,

EasyJet’s ninth aircraft arrival marks a continued investment in Liverpool and the wider North West, where demand for both flights and package holidays continues to grow.

The additional aircraft will support increased connectivity, customer choice and operational resilience from the airport.

Kevin Doyle, EsyJet’s UK Country Manager, said: “We are delighted to be celebrating the arrival of our ninth aircraft at Liverpool, alongside the launch of our inaugural flights to Seville and Naples.

“These exciting new routes provide customers across the North West with even more choice and direct access to two fantastic destinations, whether they’re looking to explore Seville’s rich history and culture or experience Naples’ incredible food, coastline and proximity to some of Italy’s most iconic attractions.

“The arrival of an additional aircraft demonstrates our long-term commitment to Liverpool and the region.

“We continue to see strong demand for both flights and package holidays, and we’re pleased to be providing greater connectivity, supporting jobs and making travel even more accessible for our customers.”
