Liverpool city centre will boast its very own bowling alley from Friday.
Pins Social Club is set to open its doors as a venue that will transform the city’s nightlife scene with a ‘competitive and immersive social experience’.
The Duke Street venue features 12 full-sized bowling lanes split across two floors alongside a casual dining area, karaoke booth and shuffleboard.
Pool, table tennis and beer pong will also be on offer whole 60 new jobs are set to be created at the site of a former indoor multi-storey car park.
Set in the golden era of bowling and social clubs in the 1960s and 70s, Pins will maintain the theme with its drinks menu, music policy and interior decor.
A rooftop terrace bar will be opening in spring with a wide range of top-shelf spirits, classic and original cocktails, quality wines and beers from around the world.
Daniel Gillbanks, co-creator of Pins, said: “The nightlife scene is changing. People don’t want to just go out and have a drink.
“They want to be entertained and do something fun – what we call competitive socialising.
“Pins Social Club is the perfect place for date nights, groups of friends and students, plus we’ll have family sessions available in the daytime.
