Opera star Lesley Garrett set to entertain St George’s Hall

Britain’s most popular soprano Lesley Garrett is set to grace Liverpool next year for one night only as part of her latest UK tour.

The opera singer will perform at St George’s Hall on Friday, April 17 for ‘An Audience with Lesley Garrett’ will offer a delightful evening of song, reminiscences and chat from this beloved performer.

The event will give a behind-the-scenes look at Garrett as she regales audiences with stories and anecdotes giving a unique insight into her life on the stage as well as performances of her most loved songs from a 30-year career.

Working regularly with major orchestras including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Lesley Lesley has performed on the opera and concert stage both in the UK and internationally.

She has also recently starred in Opera North, Carousel and The Sound of Music and has performed with artists as diverse as Michael Ball, Renee Fleming, Andrea Bocelli, Bryn Terfel and Lily Savage.
