Back To The Future: The Musical is coming to Liverpool on its first UK tour.
Fans of the iconic time-travelling trilogy are set to be delighted by this stage production over a four-week run at the city’s Empire Theatre from January 2027.
Devised with the films’ creators Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale, the musical has already been seen by over two million people in five years on London’s West End.
Global audiences took that figure to four million with productions also running in North America, Japan and on Royal Caribbean Cruises with more set to follow.
Lead producer Colin Ingram said: “I’m so delighted that the DeLorean will be travelling 88 mph to all the main theatre cities in the UK so that we can bring this heartfelt spectacle of a show to those who haven’t seen it in the West End or want to see it again.
“Audiences are going to have such a fun and thrilling ride in a show which will tour in all its glory and be one of the biggest sets to come out on the road.”
Tickets go on general sale from 10am on Wednesday, September 10 at atgtickets.com
