Who are warranted control agents?
The warrant of control agents is commonly also known as the bailiffs who are legally allowed to enter into your house or your workplace and can take authority on your entire belongings if you’ve not paid the debt on the given time. Now you must be the thing that how does a warrant of control works? It is quite simple if you are charged with some debt, you will be given a time duration of 7 days to get rid of that charge by paying the debt along with some fine and if you don’t pay it on time, the court allows the agents called bailiffs to get into your house, and they are allowed to clean your house within 15 days.
How to stop bailiffs?
This can be a really tough situation if a bailiff enters your home because it is quite difficult to stop them buy you need not to worry because you have some certain rights and one of them is that you cannot be bullied by them. The first thing you need to keep in your minds is that the visiting hours of the bailiffs according to law, is between 6 am and 9 pm.
Avoid letting the agents entering at your place and try to talk about the entire situation on call. You must make it sure that all the doors of your house are locked. Keep in mind the bailiffs have legal orders to enter into your house if they are not locked so if you have any windows in your house just keep them locked once you are charged with such debt charge.
It depends upon the type of debt you are charged with that allows the agents to ask for the help of a locksmith to unlock the door and enter your place.
Check for the legal documents and proofs
Whenever a bailiff tries to get into your workplace or home always stop them outside, and the first thing you need to do is to check for the proofs either they are real ones or the fake ones. If they tell you that they are the debt collector, ask them to go because the debt collectors are not allowed to enter your home. And if they are the bailiffs, they will surely show you the ID badge. The bailiffs are always asked to take their identity proofs with them when they are out for work. You must ask them about the company they are working for and the number of their office.
Look for if the bailiffs are allowed for force entry or not
The bailiffs can forcefully enter at your place only under two conditions:

Any income tax debt
For that, they need to show up with some proof that proves that you’ve charged with the above mentioned charges or they need to come up with the written document called warrant from the court. You must check that the warrant paper have recent dates written on it and your name and the address is correctly typed or not if not you can ask the bailiffs to leave you to please and if they don’t call the police immediately as it is your right.
