A man was robbed at knifepoint in an early-morning Liverpool city centre theft.
Police were called to Berry Street at around 4am on Saturday (January 17) after reports the victim had been threatened by another man with a kitchen knife.
They made off with his mobile phone, which officers later tracked to an address in Wavertree using Find my iPhone and discovered two men who were searched.
An iPhone was found close to where the pair had been stopped.
Raul Gheorge, 21, and 18-year-old Samuel Oale – both residents in the Wavertree area – were subsequently charged with handling stolen goods and robbery.
They have been remanded into custody and will appear at Liverpool Crown Court.
