Liverpool’s most decadent festive celebration is back – and it’s bigger, brighter, and more magical than ever. Albert’s Schloss Liverpool is set to transform Bold Street into a sparkling winter wonderland this Christmas, promising a season of feasting, festive tipples, and show-stopping entertainment.
From Tuesday 4th November through to New Year’s Eve, guests can step into a Bavarian-inspired bier palace brimming with festive spirit. Think roaring fires, twinkling lights, flowing Schnapps, and a lineup of seasonal delights designed to make this Christmas unforgettable.
Sip, Savour, and Celebrate
The Wunderbar White Christmas Drinks Menu launches on November 4th, featuring limited-edition cocktails and indulgent winter warmers. Highlights include:
- Santa’s Little Helper – A Pornstar Spritz with Absolut Citron, Passoã, passionfruit, lime, pineapple, and prosecco.
- The Grinch – A vibrant mix of Grey Goose Citron, matcha, Takamaka Coconut rum, green tea, lemon, bitters, and mint.
- Frankincense & Myrrh Schnapps – A haus-made clementine and ginger schnapps served as a five-shot paddle.
- Boozy Hot Shokolade – Grey Goose L’Orange vodka topped with cream and marshmallows for the ultimate winter indulgence.
Festive Feasting at The Cook Haus
From November 10th, the Cook Haus Festive Menu takes centre stage, offering set menus from £38 and shareable platters perfect for group celebrations. Expect hearty Alpine-inspired dishes such as Bier Onion Soup and Alpine Krokettes to start. Roast Cheshire Turkey and the iconic Schloss Pork Knuckle, served with all the trimmings – from truffle mash and schweins in blankets to creamy cauliflower cheese and The return of the legendary Cheese Fondue for Two, a bubbling blend of Vacherin Fribourgeois and Gruyère with white wine, served with haus pickles, sourdough, and new potatoes.
Seven Days of Showtime
Throughout November and December, Albert’s Schloss will turn up the festive fun with its signature entertainment. Expect brass bands, marching bands, cheeky visits from Santa and Mrs Claus, and the legendary keg tappings that make Schlossmass truly unique.
