Liverpool have three nominees in the Premier League’s Player of the Season.

Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Gravenberch will all be vying to be crowned the standout player of this campaign after their title-winning heroics.

The trio will be up against Morgan Gibbs-White, Alexander Isak, Bryan Mbeumo, Declan Rice and Chris Wood in the shortlist for the accolade.

Salah and Van Dijk won the award in successive seasons between 2018 and 2019 despite the Reds failing to overhaul Manchester City in the latter.

Gravenberch has also been shortlisted for Young Player of the Season as one of eight contenders after being an ever-present starter en route to the title.

Arne Slot, meanwhile, is in contention for Manager of the Season after becoming only the sixth coach to win a title in a maiden top flight campaign.

The Dutchman is set to go head-to-head with contemporaries Nuno Espirito Santo, Thomas Frank, Eddie Howe and Vitor Pereira to seal the award.

Slot’s predecessor Jurgen Klopp was named Manager of the Season for 2019/20 and 2021/22 during the peak of his powers in the Anfield hot seat.

The winners of both awards, set to be decided by public vote, will be confirmed on Tuesday, May 27 – eight days after the polls close.
