How to save money whilst parking in Liverpool

When you’re trying to find a parking space for your Saturday shop, the costs can add up – and not just because you missed all the deals by being late for your Christmas shopping.

Parking in some areas can be a real blow to the wallet, so research has been undertaken to help you  find the least expensive car parking areas, and avoid the most expensive, all within 15 minutes of Liverpool One.

The costs are for 5 hours of parking giving you ample time for your weekend shopping spree (and possibly a chocolate mocha or two!).

Liverpool has plenty of parking spaces however they do not come cheap. The NCP Car Park in Pall Mall will set you back a hefty £17.50 to park mid-week for between 4-6 hours. However savvy shoppers can pop back at the weekend and pay just £4.50 for 12 hours parking.

Liverpool One’s 1900 space car park will set up back £13.50 for just five hours parking during the weekend. However if you are willing to tag a short walk along the iconic Liverpool Waterfront then you can save yourself a whopping £10.00 for the same amount of time.

Other bargain car parks include Princes Dock, Vernon Street, Tempest Hey, Dale Street and Rumford Street with all of them coming in at more than half the price of parking in Liverpool One’s designated Q-Park and all within a 10 minute walk.
