Hidden secretive bar to play host to grown up Christmas grotto

A hidden bar in Liverpool is to play host to a special grown up Christmas Grotto in Liverpool.

This Christmas, independent Liverpool restaurant and bar group, Graffiti Spirits Group, has launched Miracle on Seel Street, taking place every day until January in the secretive venue of 83.

Tucked above both Salt Dog Slims and 81LTD, in the heart of Liverpool’s bustling drinking and dining district Miracle on Seel Street will see 83 completely transformed into a festive den of treats and delicacies, with an array of Christmas cocktails and delicious food offerings.

Too add to the mystery, only prebooked guests who have been provided with a special access code will be allowed to enter this secret festive space.

Guests will be invited to escape from the cold winter air and take refuge in the intimate surroundings of the bar, which will be completely transformed into a cosy Christmas grotto.

Cocktail lovers will be able to sip on the likes of Eggnog, mulled wine and Whisky concoctions like the Smoked Old Fashioned, including Bulleit Bourbon, sugar, bitters and festive spices, whilst hungry revellers can indulge in warm mince pies, succulent pigs in blankets and delicious turkey sandwiches.

The venue itself will be brimming with Christmas trees, wrapped presents, a festive reef and stunning snow globes alongside an eclectic soundtrack to keep guests dancing until the early hours. With an onus on pre-booking, for £10 per person including a drink on arrival, mince pie and goodie bag guests will have a 2 hour time slot to enjoy the Grotto.

Open from 5pm on weekdays and from 1pm on Saturday’s and throughout the Christmas week, Miracle on Seel Street is the perfect Christmas destination to escape the cold this winter.
