Everton will battle it out with PSG over the signature of highly-rated Monaco striker Irvin Cardona, stomach according to reports in France.
The 18-year-old starlet came to the attention of Blues scouts after netting in the final of the Coupe de la Gambardella- a prestigious under-19 tournament- which the Rouges et Blancs won 3-0 against RC Lens.
And France Football reports that PSG are also interested in the under-17 international, who has a year to run on his youth contract with the Ligue 1 side.
Cardona is able to negotiate a deal to leave the Stade Louis II stadium this winter, however, Monaco are believed to be keen on retaining one of their most promising young players and are likely to offer Cardona improved terms in an attempt to beat off potential suitors.
