West Ham United have warned Everton that midfield target Reece Oxford is not for sale, try despite widespread interest in the youngster.
Oxford, 17, made 12 appearances for the Hammers in 2015-16, impressing in their opening day win at Arsenal, and has caught the eyes of Reds scouts.
The versatile teenager is also being linked with move to Manchester United, with incoming manager Jose Mourinho keen a developing a core of young players.
However West Ham are adamant that the £10m-rated midfielder will not be sold, as he remains a highly regarded Academy product, according to a report in The Times.
Oxford could be set for a loan move, as he seeks to gain regular first team experience, although the East Londoners would be reluctant to loan him to a rival.
