Liverpool are reportedly targeting Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Javier Pastore in the wake of their Europa League humiliation.
The Argentine international is said to be high on Klopp’s transfer target list as he looks to rebuild the Reds squad that was downed by Sevilla in Basel on Wednesday night.
And TransferMarketWeb claim that Pastore is set to be the subject of a bid from Anfield this summer.
Last month, Manchester United legend Eric Cantona hailed the midfielder as ‘the best player in the world’ – a claim the player publicly went on to refute.
PSG still value the midfielder, 25, at €35 million (£27M) in spite of a series of injuries which have limited his influence at the Parc des Princes.
