Everton FC set to battle Arsenal and Spurs for Belgium international

Romelu Lukaku could be joined at Everton by his younger brother Jordan, according to reports.

The left-back, 21, currently plies his trade with Belgian Jupiter League side Ostende but is believed to favour a summer move to the Premier League in order to reunite with his brother.

Reports in Belgium claim that the Blues will rival Watford, Spurs and Arsenal and Lukaku’s former club, Anderlecht, for the highly-rated defender’s signature this summer after being impressed by the energetic full-back’s form for club and country in recent months.

Doubts remain over the long-term future of Everton’s current left-back duo Leighton Baines and Bryan Oviedo and the presence of Jordan’s elder brother, Romelu, at Everton could give the club an edge in the race for the player’s signature.

But DHnet adds that, after watching his brother flounder after a big money move to Chelsea back in 2011 the younger Lukaku is intent on securing regular first team football next season, with Premier League rivals Watford also hot on the heels of the talented full-back.
