Muhamed Besic is attracting interest from Serie A side Torino.
Besic has made just eight appearances in all competitions for the Blues this season after successfully recovering from a knee injury two summers ago.
The emergence of youngster Beni Baningime and James McCarthy’s return to fitness has left the 25-year-old further down the pecking order at Goodison Park.
But Besic could now be offered a chance to revive his career in Italy.
According to Sky Sports, Torino are assessing a move for the midfielder as they look to push on during the second half of their Serie A campaign.
The Turin-based club currently sit 10th in the table but are only two points off a leap to sixth and are understood to have identified Besic as a key target.
Since arriving from Ferencvaros in 2014, the Bosnia and Herzegovina international has struggled for a regular run of Everton games with just 37 appearances.
