Divock Origi’s father has revealed that Tottenham are interested in the striker.
Origi is considering whether to leave Liverpool before Thursday’s transfer deadline as he looks to gain regular first-team football this season.
The 22-year-old previously hinted at potentially quitting the Reds in March amid frustrations at a lack of game time under Jurgen Klopp.
Dominic Solanke’s arrival at Anfield has seen the Belgium international pushed further down the pecking order behind Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge.
He has been restricted to just nine minutes of senior action during Liverpool’s current campaign and is looking at a move away from Anfield to help boost his World Cup prospects.
Anderlecht had been linked with luring Origi back to his homeland but father Mike has shot down those claims while also confirming Spurs’ interest.
“We’ve not been contacted by Anderlecht,” he told La Derniere Heure.
“Divock has to leave Liverpool to get more playing time.
“Tottenham is a possibility, but there is also interest from France and Germany.”
