Liverpool FC ready to loan Bayern Munich midfielder

Liverpool are preparing to take Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches on loan.

Sanches has struggled to force his way into Carlo Ancelotti’s plans with the Bundesliga champions but could now be in line for a move to the Reds.

Reports in Germany claim that Jurgen Klopp is willing to add the 20-year-old to his squad in efforts to bolster a currently depleted midfield reserve.

Adam Lallana remains sidelined until October at the earliest while Philippe Coutinho continues to be linked with a possible move to Barcelona.

According to Kicker, Liverpool are willing to offer former Manchester United target Sanches a chance of regular first-team football with a season-long loan.

The Portugal international failed to score in 29 competitive outings for Bayern following a £32.2 million move from his native Benfica last summer.

Sanches’ arrival at the Allianz Arena coincided with his exploits at Euro 2016 as his country became the shock winners of the tournament in France.
