Everton are considering a summer move for Arsenal’s Calum Chambers.
Chambers is currently on loan with Premier League strugglers Middlesbrough after failing to pin down a regular starring role at the Emirates Stadium.
But reports claim that the Blues are now eyeing a move for the versatile defender.
With Seamus Coleman facing up to six months on the sidelines from last month’s double leg break, Everton have identified Chambers as a potential acquisition.
According to the Daily Mirror, West Ham and Newcastle are also in the hunt for the player, who could leave the Gunners for less than his £14 million price tag.
The 22-year-old has made 20 appearances for Boro in all competitions this season after enduring Arsenal’s opening day defeat to Liverpool.
