Everton’s pursuit of Lukasz Teodorczyk could cost them up to €20 million.
Teodorczyk is enjoying a prolific run of form for Anderlecht with 28 goals in 40 appearances to date this season, which has not gone unnoticed by the Blues.
Ronald Koeman emerged as a prospective suitor for the Poland international, 25, in November but reports in Belgium claim that any deal is unlikely to come cheap.
The Dynamo Kiev loanee has the option to join Anderlecht for a cut-price fee of £4m this summer while Everton and others would be forced to pay a higher premium.
Het Belang van Limburg suggest that the player would command a fee of between €15m and €20m from clubs currently monitoring in Teodorczyk’s future.
Koeman is expected to bolster his current squad with another front man to ease the burden placed on first-choice striker Romelu Lukaku heading into next season.
Enner Valencia has served as Lukaku’s understudy but is expected to return to West Ham with current Goodiosn Park stay unlikely to be made permanent.
