Everton FC to make late decision on defender move

Everton will leave it late in the transfer window to decide on a potential loan move for Tyias Browning.

The 22-year-old defender has been slowly building up his fitness with the Under 23s after undergoing keyhole surgery on his knee last December.

He only returned to competitive action in November and since then has made five appearances for David Unsworth’s team.

And according to the Liverpool Echo, the Blues are now considering whether to send the youngster out on loan to continue his rehabilitation.

However, it is expected than any decision on his short-term future will not be decided until late in the transfer window.

The Blues youngsters take on Manchester United on Monday and a decision will be made following that game, with the window closing at 11 pm on Tuesday.
