Gerard Deulofeu is reportedly planning to secure his Everton exit ‘at all costs’.
AC Milan and Middlesbrough have both made approaches the out-of-favour winger as he seeks regular first-team football away from the Blues this month.
But reports in Italy claim that Deulofeu is keen to secure a temporary move to the San Siro before the transfer window closes on January 31.
According to Calciomercato, the Spain international plans to force through his departure due to an apparent lack of urgency from Goodison Park officials.
Everton have yet to confirm whether Milan will be allowed to take Deulofeu on a dry loan, which recently drew an incendiary response from director Adriano Galliani.
The Serie A giants are prepared to take the 22-year-old until the end of the season but are unwilling to include the option to make the move permanent.
Ronald Koeman recently inserted buy-out options in the loan deals of Tom Cleverley and Oumar Niasse, who joined Watford and Hull City respectively.
Should Milan succeed with their bid for a dry loan, Deulofeu could be signed for a cut-price fee this summer with no predetermined price tag.
