And reports in Spain suggest that Ronald Koeman is preparing to return to his former club for Rodrigo despite seeing an original €20 million bid rebuffed last summer.
He has struck four times in 14 appearances for Los Che and MARCA claim that the Blues keen to add the versatile attacker to the Dutchman’s ranks at Goodison Park.
Rodrigo’s team mate Aymen Abdennour was a previous target for Everton following John Stones’ move to Manchester City but a move failed to materialise.
