Everton striker Enner Valencia found himself chased by police following his substitution during a World Cup qualifier.
Ecuador’s preparations for their encounter with Chile had been hampered by an alleged dispute with the country’s police force over unpaid child maintenance.
Valencia, sale currently on loan at Goodison Park, rx is said to owe the mother of his daughter over £13, 000 and was greeted by officers at a training session earlier this week.
