Everton have won their appeal against Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s red card.
The striker was harshly sent off as Sean Dyche’s side were held in their FA Cup third round encounter last week for a challenge on Nathaniel Clyne.
Calvert-Lewin’s dismissal was confirmed following a VAR review by Chris Kavanagh which saw the Blues reduced to 10 men late on at Selhurst Park.
But the Football Association confirmed on Tuesday that the 26-year-old’s three-game suspension has been overturned following a successful appeal.
“Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be available for Everton’s next three games following a successful claim of wrongful dismissal,” confirmed an FA statement.
“The striker was sent off for serious foul play in the Emirates FA Cup game against Crystal Palace on Thursday, 4 January 2024.”
Should they overcome the Eagles in next Wednesday’s replay, Everton will host either Luton Town or Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup’s fourth round.
