Demarai Gray has aimed a parting shot at Sean Dyche in his Everton exit.
Gray’s two-year stay at Goodison Park came to an end on Thursday as he joined Saudi Pro League outfit Al Ettifaq for a fee understood to be £8 million.
The Jamaica international, 27, and Dyche had been locked in a war of words at the end of his time with the Blues, with both parties making several claims.
But after his departure was confirmed, Gray issued one final response to his former manager over the fallout which preceded his sale on Instagram.
He said: “There has been a lot of speculation about my situation all summer.
“The truth is, I gave my all to this club on and off the pitch through good and bad.
“I was ready to play as much football as possible this season but it felt like this was not going to happen.
“It’s time for my next chapter. I am match fit and excited to get playing.”
