Carlo Ancelotti has settled his legal case with Everton out of court.
Ancelotti planned to take his former employers to London’s High Court in a contractual dispute over ‘general commercial contracts and arrangements’.
The Italian spent 18 months in the Goodison Park hot seat before making a surprise departure in favour of a return to current club Real Madrid in 2021.
Representatives for Ancelotti confirmed on Tuesday that the ongoing matter with the Blues had been resolved
“Carlo Ancelotti and Everton Football Club have reached an amicable resolution to their dispute.” confirmed John Mehrzad QC, acting on instruction from Quastels LLP.
“Carlo has enduring respect and a deep affection for the club’s fans and wishes them and the club the very best for the future.”
