Everton have seen two first-team departures on transfer deadline day.
Jonas Lossl’s 18-month stay at Goodison Park officially drew to a close with his return to former club FC Midtjylland confirmed on Monday morning.
The goalkeeper arrived from Huddersfield Town in summer 2019 but failed to make a single senior appearance for the Blues since that free transfer.
Lossl spent the second half of last season back with the Terriers on loan after the arrival of Robin Olsen on loan saw him moved down the pecking order.
Also departing ahead of the January window cut-off is Cenk Tosun, who has rejoined Besiktas two years since he left for Merseyside in a £27 million deal.
Further outgoing are expected to be finalised before the 11pm deadline with Jonjoe Kenny heading to Celtic on loan while Bernard set to join Al-Nasr.

Carlo Ancelotti remains relaxed about Everton’s transfer activity despite the exits of Tosun and Bernard leaving him light in the attacking department.
The Italian allowed Blackpool to loan Ellis Simms while Moise Kean and Theo Walcott are on season-long stints with Paris Saint-Germain and Southampton.
Ancelotti admitted last week that he was ‘not desperate’ to add forward players in this window despite Bernard and Tosun’s futures lying elsewhere.
