Everton begin third season on the road

Everton will start a third consecutive Premier League season on the road.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side face a trip to the capital on September 12 when they are pitted against Tottenham in the 2020/21 campaign’s opening weekend.

Newly-promoted West Bromwich Albion are set to provide the opposition for the Blues’ first home game of the new season just seven days later.

The first Merseyside derby of the season follows on October 17 at Goodison Park with Everton making the short trip to Anfield on February 20, 2021.

Mikel Arteta will on his former club when Arsenal pay a December 19 visit to Merseyside before Ancelotti’s players travel to Sheffield United on Boxing Day.

A double-header of home games will see in the New Year with Manchester City’s clash on December 28 followed by a January 2 meeting with West Ham.

City will also provide the opposition for Everton’s final match of 2020/21 at the Etihad Stadium on May 23.

All fixtures are subject to change and broadcast rescheduling.
