Everton are weighing up loaning out Ademola Lookman for the rest of the season.
The winger has struggled for game time with the Blues this season under the tenures of both Sam Allardyce and Ronald Koeman.
Lookman has started just five games to date and made 11 substitute appearances, despite fans calling for him to be given a greater chance.
He was omitted from Everton’s match day squad for last weekend’s draw with West Brom has been absent from three of the last four Premier League games.
According to the Liverpool Echo, that has led Allardyce and his team to ponder sending the 20-year-old out on loan to give him much-needed game time.
At present, the club is reluctant to let him go but a firm decision is yet to be made on his short-term future.
Lookman joined the Blues in the last January transfer window from Charlton in a £11 million deal.
He made an instant impact when he scored in a 4-0 win over Manchester City later that month and won the U20 World Cup with England in the summer.
