Farhad Moshiri is expected to attend Everton’s General Meeting next month.
The Blues’ majority shareholder will face shareholders for the first time in 12 months as well as since Sam Allardyce was appointed Blues manager.
Notice was given of the meeting by the club on Friday, with Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall again set to be the venue for the January 9 event.
As he did at this year’s meeting, Everton chief executive Robert Elstone is also set to provide a presentation detailing the club’s business breakdown.
In January, Moshiri outlined his Everton vision to shareholders while Mayor Joe Anderson discussed the proposed move to a stadium in the Bramley Moore Dock.
Both the Iranian billionaire and chairman Bill Kenwright appeared on stage, as did director of football Steve Walsh and erstwhile manager Ronald Koeman.
