Everton are set to entertain Sevilla in a pre-season friendly this summer.
Jorge Samapoli’s side will provide the final test for the Blues before they kick off their new Premier League campaign, which begins on August 12.
Los Nervionenses defeated Everton’s local rivals Liverpool in the 2016 Europa League final and secured a fourth-place finish in La Liga this season.
They will travel to Goodison Park for the warm-up game with Ronald Koeman’s charges on Sunday, August 6.
Tickets will be priced at £20 for adults, £10 concessions (65+ and Under-25s), and £5 for under-18s, with the club releasing sale dates in the coming weeks.
Spanish opposition have been no strangers to Everton pre-seasons schedules, with Sevilla’s domestic rivals RCD Espanyol travelling to Merseyside last summer.
Between 2009 and 2013, Real Betis, Villarreal and Malaga all visited Goodison while Athletic Bilbao provided the opposition for Howard Kendall’s testimonial in 2006.
