Everton FC fans offered free travel for Swansea trip

Everton fans heading to next Saturday’s trip to Swansea City are being offered free coach travel.

TV coverage has seen the Blues’ game at the Liberty Stadium on May 6 pushed back to a 5.30pm kick-off, which has left supporters facing transport headaches.

But one of the club’s future commercial partners has stepped in to allow travelling Evertonians a chance to avoid the potential disruption next weekend.

The unnamed company offered to help out by generously covering travel costs to South Wales via the club’s official travel or affiliated Supporters’ Clubs travelling by coach or minibus.

All fans travelling to the Liberty Stadium on the club’s official travel will receive the option of free coach ticket, while those travelling with affiliated Supporters’ Clubs who have hired a minibus or a coach for the fixture will have their travel costs reimbursed.

All Supporters’ Clubs applicable for free travel have been contacted by the club’s Engagement team with further details.

To apply for a place on one of Everton’s official travel coaches, contact the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 by 5pm on Friday, April 28.

Fans must be in receipt of a match ticket to qualify for free travel.
