Everton will move offices to the Royal Liver Building by the start of next season.
Majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri became joint owner of Liverpool’s iconic landmark in April last year in a deal with Luxembourg-based firm Corestate.
But the Blues are now set to benefit from that partnership with several key departments relocating from their existing base at Goodison Park.
The club’s finance, HR, marketing and media and communications team will be among those who will switch to the city’s waterfront building in August 2018.
Denise Barrett-Baxendale also told Everton’s General Meeting on Tuedsay that the club will maintain a day-to-day presence at Goodison to help with fan enquiries.
She said: “The benefits of this move are many; having our football club in the heart of our commercial centre, having enhanced internal communications and efficiency for our staff, and much improved staff facilities.
“But, most importantly, having a business continuity plan as we prepare for our move to Bramley-Moore Dock.”
“Please be assured, we will ensure there is a team at Goodison Park for your day-to-day queries and we will be establishing a full match day operation centre,” Barrett-Baxendale added.
“So as of the end of August 2018, the city will, well and truly, be all ours.”
Everton’s main sponsor SportPesa moved its European base to the Liver Building just months after striking a deal to adorn the club’s shirts.
