River Island and TK Maxx are among four brands opening stores at Liverpool Shopping Park.
The fashion retailers will be joined by Smyths Toys and sandwich outlet Subway at the upcoming £100 million development in Edge Lane.
An as-yet unnamed high-street store is also due to form part of the Western Quarter, which will face outwards when the shopping park opens its doors.
A host of household names have already been confirmed for the retail outlet including JD Sports, M&S Food Hall, Boots as well as eatery Chiquito.
Subway will be located close to the new Frankie & Benny’s restaurant at the park’s entrance, which is set to be opened in October this year.
James Maule-Ffinch, senior asset manager for The Derwent Group said: “We’ve always wanted Liverpool Shopping Park to have a strong focus on lifestyle and fashion and that is starting to come to bear with our latest signings.
“We’re in final negotiations with a number of other retailers and we’ll be excited to announce those in due course.”
As well as creating 3000 new jobs and transforming the old Edge Lane Retail Park and surrounding area, Liverpool Shopping Park will also give the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation 50% of its profits for charitable causes.
David Lyons, chief executive of The Derwent Group added: “The Derwent Group is part of a charitable foundation which means that 50% of our profits go to charity.
“For every £100 that Liverpool Shopping Park tenants pay in rent, £42 will go directly to good causes and we expect many of those to be here in Merseyside.
“That’s a hugely unique part of the Liverpool Shopping Park experience and we’re very proud that we’ll be able to help make a tangible difference to community and charity projects in the area.”
