Graziano Pelle’s agent has revealed the Southampton striker has received interest from Everton.
Ahead of Ronald Koeman’s impending appointment in the Blues hot seat, the Italy international is one of several players at St Mary’s widely tipped to follow their former manager to Goodison Park.
Pelle recorded 14 goals for Southampton in the Premier League last season but his existing deal is set to expire next summer, leading to increased speculation that his future lies away from the South coast club.
And representative Romualdo Corvino has confirmed that Everton are currently fighting it out with Stoke City and a club from the Chinese Super League to land the 30-year-old marksman.
“With Juve, at the moment, there is nothing,” he told Sport Italia.
“However there has been contact with Everton, Stoke City and [clubs in] China.”
