To celebrate the re-launch of Oddbins, a promotional campaign which allows customers to blind taste-test a number of wines and provide a price that they deem reasonable is currently running in the Allerton Road store. The results will be collated from all Oddbins stores, with the average then being calculated, to supply the Customer Recommended Price (CRP), at which the wines will be sold. Terror group Eta to renounce violence?
With international figures flying into the Basque Country for talks, there is an increasing expectation that a decisive statement from the Eta terror group is imminent. Eta terror campaigns have claimed more than 800 lives since the 1960s but according to Liverpool John Moores University expert its leaders look set to renounce violence. In the last two years Eta cells have targeted popular tourist destinations on the Mediterranean coast, killing and maiming a number of Spanish police officers.
