Rafael Benitez has confirmed that Juventus are interested in making him their next manager.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow's Barclays Premier League game with Bolton Wanderers, the Liverpool manager revealed that he was aware of the Italian giants desire to appoint him as Ciro Ferrara's successor.
Reports this week suggested that the Turin outfit were set to meet with the Spaniard's representatives over the possibility of a summer move to the Stadio Olimpico.
Bianconeri chiefs relieved the former defender of his managerial duties following the 2-1 defeat to Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia last night and have installed Alberto Zuccheroni as interim manager until June.
Despite knowing that he is Juve's top target as Ferrara's long-term replacement, Benitez preferred to not discuss the speculation surrounding his future.
He said: "I am not here to talk about speculation. "People talk too much.
"I am really focused and concentrating on my team, my club and preparing for the game against Bolton. That's it, so I will not talk too much about this.
"I know that they [Juventus] were interested, that is part of the game now, but I am just preparing for this game and I am not ready to talk about it too much because I don't want to lose my focus.
"But I am really pleased here, really happy. I want to do my job as best I can and try to win against Bolton.
"When you are a manager and you have clubs asking you have to be proud because they are a top side in Europe but I am really happy here and want to do my job as best I can."
